One Class – 30 minutes Cardio Kick and 30 minutes Circuit Training with timed stations.

Teachers: Devon Olberding and Melissa Korfist Carnes

The first 30 minutes of class will be Cardo Kick – a full body workout with karate-type kicks for the lower body coupled with boxing punches for the upper body.  The high energy movement of kickboxing provides participants with cardio that builds muscle tone and stamina without the need of a partner to spar with or boxing bag. The second 30 minutes will be circuit training – involving timed stations for strength and endurance. We will incorporate equipment which promotes total body resistance exercise including  TRX bands, trampoline, hula hoop and jump rope.   

When: Monday and Friday 8:30 – 9:30 am and Wednesday (change back from Thursday to Wednesday) 5:30 – 6:30 pm in Studio C, lower level, First Street Community Center

Six week session: April 23 – May 28, 2018

Fee Options: One class per week – $60; Two classes per week – $80; Three classes per week – $100
